The state of the art hot press facility is designed for bonding a variety of materials including:

WHAT IS THE STANDARD BONDED PANEL SIZE?

The bonded panel size is determined by the size of the surface material.
The standard sizes for a panel bonded with High Pressure Laminate is 3050 x 1220mm (10 x 4). See Matrix below.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PANEL SIZE THAT CAN BE BONDED?

We are able to offer a maximum panel size of 3660 x 1525mm (12 x 5) although the choice of surface material is restricted to the Wilsonart Cubicle Range of laminates.

WHAT MATERIALS CAN I USE ON THE SURFACE OF A PANEL?

We offer a choice of the following surface materials:

- High Pressure Laminate.
- Wood Veneer Laminate.
- Decorative Metal Laminate.
- Flexible Wood Veneer.

CAN THESE PRODUCTS BE BONDED TO ANY CORE BOARD?

We offer a choice of the following core boards as standard:

  • Chipboard
  • MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard)
  • Plywood

Other non-standard products are available on request.

HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR BONDED PANELS?

5 - 7 working days, but production times are subject to confirmation at time of order.
